This is a picture of Saturn through a six inch dobsonian telescope.

If you can see it. This is the constellation Orion. If you look closely you can see his belt and shoulders. Sadly I was not able to see his arms when this picture was taken.

This is a picture of the sun when mercury was passing over it in 2016. Mercury is the tiny dot on the left side of the sun. The bigger dot on the right side of the sun is a sun spot.
This is a simple picture of Jupiter. I do not know the name of the three moons to the left of Jupiter. Soon I will get a better picture of Jupiter, but it will be a little while.
I finally did it! I got a picture of the Orions Nebula! This picture was taken with my phone so it is not a long expose picture, but looking at it was beautiful. The phone could only see the few stars within the nebula but there is a large white cloud of gasses surrounding the few stars.
My Goals
This winter I will be attempting to photograph the Orion's Nebula, Beetle Juice, Jupiter, M9, Saturn, and a few other stars. I do not have a long exposure camera so if I post the pictures of nebulas they will just be gray blobs at most.
